INE Confirms Property Price Rise For First Quarter 2014

The National Statistics Bureau in Spain (INE) has confirmed other reports that home prices rose 1.7% in the first quarter of 2014, bearing out the report of the Association of Registrars and of the property portal photo casas. This rise is now giving potential buyers more impetus to look to Spain for property overseas.

Exchange Rate Between The Euro & GB Pound Remains Favourable For Buyers
